                              SPOT TV WINS VIDEO SHOW OF THE YEAR

SPOT TV, a video magazine based in Greensboro, North Carolina, was awarded
the prestigious Video Show of the Year award at the 2nd annual Southeast
Music & Entertainment Summit. The award ceremony was held on July 26 in
Durham, North Carolina at the downtown Marriot and Convention center.

In attendance were some of the industry's top professionals including Kenny
Burns VP/Roc a fella and Roc Music's / Bobby Dash/ Rocafella Music.

SPOT TV has been producing quality video programming since 1996. Recently
SPOT TV expanded its viewership from the Greensboro market to the New
York-Manhattan market. Now the show reaches over one million viewers.
